What Do The Colors Mean?

Modified on Mon, 8 Sep at 8:39 PM

MarketMuse uses certain colors throughout the platform to quickly convey information that would otherwise require lengthy text. These colors are red, yellow, green, and blue and used to indicate topic mentions in ranges:

  • Red = 0 mentions
  • Yellow = 1 to 2 mentions
  • Green = 3 to 10 mentions
  • Blue = more than 10 mentions

Colors enable you to quickly identify content gaps in Heatmap.

In Optimize and Topic Model, use color matching to determine if you've mentioned a term the recommended number of times. In this example, the color in both columns is the same for the topic 'drone pilot' — meaning it was mentioned the suggested number of times.

Both columns for drone pilot are the same color indicating that the number of mentions equals what is suggested.
