Supported browsers


The MarketMuse platform is best experienced on a desktop browser. We support the latest version of the following browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Edge


Note that browser add-ons (extensions), particularly ad-blockers, can impact your ability to login to MarketMuse. In this case, disable each add-on one at a time and try logging in until you find the offending one.

Alternatively, you can open up a browser window incognito and log into MarketMuse this way.


Supported languages


English and Spanish language support is now available on the platform and are the languages in which our topic model is trained. Although the topic model has been reported to work successfully in other languages, we have not verified this.
