Managing Your Membership and Payment Methods

Manage your subscription and payment details in Settings, under the Subscription tab. Here you can also upgrade from a free account to a paid one. It's available for those who signs up and pay for their subscription on the web.


If you're part of a content team using MarketMuse, only those with administrative privileges can update a subscription.


To manage your subscription, including changing your plan



Click the gear icon



Click "Settings"



Click the "Subscription" tab



Click the "Manage Subscription" button



Select the plan and enter your credit card information



Click the "Confirm and Pay" button


To change your payment details



Click the gear icon



Click "Settings"



Click subscription



Update the information



Click "Change"



Click "Save"


To cancel your account


You're welcome to downgrade to a Free account. If you don't wish to have a free account, you'll need to contact support by doing the following:



Click ? in the upper right hand corner



Click "Real-time support with an agent"
