How to Manage Your Document Subscription

Every paid plan has a monthly allocation of documents (analysis, planning, briefs). You can increase your monthly limit by purchasing additional packs.

Buying Additional Documents

Click the icon

Click "Settings"

Click "Subscription" tab

Click "Other Add-ons" tab

Click "+ Purchase Document Add-ons" button

Select the package you wish to purchase

Click "Purchase" button

Deleting Additional Documents

If you no longer need the extra pack of documents, delete it prior to the next billing cycle. They'll still be available during the current cycle, but you won't be charged on the next one.

Click the gear icon

Click "Settings"

Click the "Subscription" tab

Click the "Other Add-ons" tab

Click the trash can beside the item you wish to delete
